Welcome to an innovative solution for wastewater treatment - the First Intelligent Treatment Plant! The AS-MONOcomp treatment plant represents a revolutionary home purification system that efficiently cleanses municipal wastewater. This advanced type of SBR sewage treatment plant utilizes an electric microprocessor control unit, optimizing the purification process. With the option to add equipment for phosphorus precipitation and/or UV lamps for water sanitization, the AS-MONOcomp provides a certified and easily installable option for 4-50 EO.
One of the key advantages is its simple operation and integration of drainage equipment, effectively addressing issues related to excess sludge. This innovative treatment plant not only meets the requirements for the class DČOV III according to NV 401/2015 Sb. but also the PZV category and the limits of microbiological pollution according to NV 57/2016 Sb.
The AS-MONOcomp is characterized by a reliable tank construction and several variants to meet different water purification demands. Additionally, it offers the possibility of using purified water for irrigation and remote monitoring of the entire system. Due to its easy installation and low operating costs, this treatment plant is an advantageous choice for efficient wastewater treatment.
The AS-MONOcomp technology brings an innovative method of wastewater treatment through a controlled cleaning cycle, involving stages of aeration, sedimentation, rinsing, drainage, and sludge removal. Floating microorganisms eliminate organic pollutants and transform them into biomass, enabling efficient sedimentation and separation of purified water from activated sludge.
AS-MONOcomp is available in four different versions according to the parameters of the treated water:
Standard version without equipment for phosphorus precipitation and/or drainage sanitization. Version with equipment for phosphorus precipitation. Version with equipment for drainage sanitization. The installation of the treatment plant is simple and straightforward. The tank is placed in a pit on a concrete slab, connected to the sewer system, and linked to respective devices, including the control unit and blower, which are connected to the electrical network (230V).
