How We Developed Kolomaki Quick Cellars: From Initial Designs to the Seventh Generation

When we started developing the Kolomaki Quick cellar, we had a clear goal: to create a durable, universal, and entirely maintenance-free cellar that’s easy to install and adaptable to any plot of land. At first glance, today’s models may resemble their predecessors – but beneath the surface lies the sixth, possibly already the seventh, generation of a refined design.

Thoughtful Shape: Rectangle and Arch

The construction is based on a rectangular layout, ensuring maximum usable space for storage and easy movement inside. The arched ceiling withstands ground pressure exceptionally well and allows for the use of large, seamless parts – which increases the overall strength and longevity of the cellar.

Absolute Waterproofing Without Compromise

One of the main reasons customers choose Kolomaki Quick is its lasting, 100% waterproof integrity. Made from rigid, homogeneous polymer panels, the structure requires no additional waterproofing, coatings, or sealants – it's watertight straight from the factory and will remain that way permanently.

Modular System Tailored to You

Quick cellars are modular, allowing customers to freely combine different entry points, shafts, doors, and modules according to their needs. The system works like building blocks – enabling the creation of hundreds of configurations for various purposes: from traditional storage cellars to shelters or bunkers.

Installation With or Without Concrete

For demanding conditions – or when the cellar is intended for use as a shelter – we offer a version designed for installation with concrete. On the other hand, in dry, sandy soils, the cellar can be quickly installed without any concrete – the self-supporting construction handles it with ease. Sizes and Equipment to Fit Your Needs

We offer a wide range of sizes: from compact 4.5 m² units to spacious cellars up to 25 m². Customers can also choose various add-ons – from door and ventilation types to interior lighting, shelving, or surface finishes.Adaptable to Any Terrain

Thanks to various entrance options – side, front, or sloped, with long or short staircases – the cellar can be perfectly tailored to both the terrain and the aesthetic vision of the customer.
