Understanding the products you're interested in is key. We’d be happy to welcome you to our production facility and office. Just let us know that you plan to visit, and we’ll make all the necessary preparations. You’ll get a chance to see many of our products in operation and their production process. 3. Cooperation
Now that you’re familiar with our offer, let’s cooperate. It’s simple: we offer our products to you at wholesale prices. We arrange delivery to your location or directly to your client. Together, we’ll discuss the terms of our agreement, which are sometimes formalized in a contract for clarity. However, in the early stages, we prefer to work without a contract for faster processing. We’re open to revisiting this if necessary.
4. Placing an order
Once you’ve identified a client for our products, let us know. We’ll prepare a quote and proceed with the order. After invoicing and payment confirmation, we’ll begin the production process, which usually takes up to two weeks. During this time, we’ll arrange delivery. Once the product is ready, it will be shipped to the location you specify.
5. Installation support
While we do not organize or carry out installations, we provide all necessary documentation and installation manuals. If needed, we offer support to help facilitate the installation process.
6. Problem-solving
In the unfortunate case of product damage or complaints, we’re here for you. We can dispatch a team to repair or replace damaged products. Responsibility for damages depends on the situation: we cover manufacturing defects or damage during delivery; incorrect installation is the responsibility of the installation company, and mishandling or misuse by the client is their responsibility.
